1. Create your account (2 minutes)
1 Go to tracker.championsofloans.com.
2 Click "Create your account."
3 Enter your full name, work email, and a password → Create Account. You're in — no email confirmation needed.
������ Your pipeline is private. Only you and your manager (Ken) can see your clients. Everyone can see the Leaderboard rankings, but never each other's client details.
2. Your pipeline columns
Add and move clients across these stages. Drag a tile from one column to another, or use the buttons on each card.
New Warm Leads
Cold Leads
Follow-Up
Loans In Progress
Closed Loans
Lost & Adopted
Add a lead: click + New Lead (top) or the + on any column. Fill in the name and a few details.
Add a loan in progress / closed: use + New Closed Loan or the column buttons. Set the Milestone — picking Funded (or later) auto-moves it to Closed.
Commission: enter it as points (e.g., 1.25 or 0.75). If you type 125 it auto-corrects to 1.25. A 2nd with no comp? Enter 0.
3. Log your daily activity
Open Daily Activity → enter your numbers (In Person/Zoom, DSP convos, hours prospecting, etc.) → Save Day. You'll see your week & month totals vs. goals — and it feeds the Leaderboard.
4. Compete on the Leaderboard ������
Check Leaderboard to see where you rank — funded volume, closed loans, prospecting hours, in-person meetings, DSP convos, and referrals. Friendly competition, updated live.
5. Forever Clients ♾️ & reminders ������
Every closed loan automatically lands in Forever Clients with a follow-up call schedule based on the funding date. The ������ bell (top right) shows which calls are due — open it for your daily call list.
